"I have recently used the services of Image Building Services Ltd to build a downstairs bathroom at my home near Marston Green. The whole scheme went very smoothly. The workmen were extremely friendly and efficient. All the different trades people arrived on time which showed good organisational skills by the project manager. They also took down an old brick fireplace to replace it with a more contemporary design. We have been extremely pleased with the final outcome of both jobs and would not hesitate to recommend them".

"The heavy weather at Easter 2018 found its way through an ageing dormer window and flat roof section up in the attic of the house. Chris and his team had been a great help to Mum with a roofing issue recently and came out to look at the problem within 24 hours of us getting in touch. They prioritised the repairs (we had buckets in the bedrooms) and within ten days there was a scaffold up and the team was hard at it. The original plan had been to prime the roof and side cheeks, lay self-adhesive VCL over the primer, remove tiles and fit GRP edge termination bars to finish tiles and apply liquid coating over roof and side cheeks. There were some other issues identified as that was progressing (looking at the chimney flashing whilst on the roof) but very quickly a clear and realistic quote for the additional work was provided and we gave the go ahead to proceed. As well as doing a high-quality job, Chris (and his Dad) are good communicators, transparent and reliable. That makes a world of difference and proved a stark contrast to the last roofing firm we dealt with. I’ve already recommended them to our neighbour. I can’t imagine a better level of service".
